Staffing Levels

PERS alarm system staff are trained to handle emergency callsA British Standard approved training programme is operated for Control staff,in the UK, involving a 3-month probationary period and final assessment. This ensures that all staff are both confident and competent when given the full 'Operator' status.

Operators are available during the day and night, 24hours per day 365days of the year.

Latest Technology ensures Your Safety

In the event of a major incident which disables the Control Centre, most emergency response companies have invested in a complete Back Up Control Centre, which is located away from the main operation. This can be activated in less than an hour to provide consistent call handling and a continuity of service.
