TOP TIP

If you have been to a comparison site in the last 60 days they may have put a COOKIE which tracks your future purchases and THEY might get your sale, rather than your site.
To reduce the risk of this go to My Computer - Control Panel - Internet Options - Delete Cookies. This should clean up this potential
and remove the offending Cookies

This is an industry wide problem which is being worked on

Why do some sites open on new pages and not in the frame, like others?
This happens automatically when we know these sites "trap" you and do not let you stay at your site at Age Matters. Your tracking sales will still be recorded.
Some of the site says "Bad Request" and my browser will not completely refresh?

This is fairly unusual and appears to be browser overload. It is best to close the site then

  • Go to My Computer then Control Panel on your computer
  • Select Internet settings/options General
  • Delete Temporary Internet files, Cookies, & History

This will completely refresh your browser and you can return to your home page by retyping it into the web address line at the top of your browser or clicking the site in Favorites.

How is my purchase logged?

This is done automatically when purchased through your site

NOTE For security reasons and for the prevention of fraud it can take up to 60 days for payment to be made to the organisation. All sales are tracked LIVE

If I buy a product NOT listed will my organisation still get the commission?
NO. Unless it is listed it does not attract commission. Please check commissions at the top of the page
