enjoying uninterrupted views of the Bespamark Mountains.

balustrades, all finished in Mediterranean neutral colours.
There is an
abundance of terraced areas for dining or sunbathing after a swim in the
private 10M X 5M overflow swimming pool. A long drive will house at
least 3 cars.
The villa, which has a large roof terrace
enjoys
spectacular views of
the mountains to the rear and views to the sea at the
front.
The rear garden faces
south and therefore enjoys the sunshine for the whole day. Shade is
provided by large feature umbrellas
Mansara Villa's accommodation comprises of a large, cool, open plan
lounge with large comfortable sofas and chairs to seat 6 and a large
6 seater dining area with patio doors to the pool at the rear and
terraces at the front. The corner fireplace provides a focal point.

The master bedroom, approached up the attractive curved staircase

shower room. It has air conditioning, ample wardrobe space, a
dressing table and a door leading to the balcony with sea and
mountain views. There is ample room for a travel cot if required.
Bedrooms 2 and 3, one
being a large double and the other a large twin bedroom are located
on the ground floor and both have air conditioning, together with
ample wardrobes and dressing tables.
These two bedrooms
share a bathroom with WC, wash basin and bath with overhead shower.
Around the pool you
will find sun loungers, patio tables and umbrellas for six people
together with external dining tables on the rear patio and first
floor sun terrace.
